Northeast Region Chief Tyler Allen, Chairman Mark Chilutti, and Staff Adviser Brian Gray reported to the Northeast Region Board on the success of the Scouts Helping Scouts fundraising campaign. Here are some of the highlights from the report:
- Over 1,700 patches were purchased by people wanting to help!
- Over 250 contributions were received, and these came from individuals, lodges, section, packs, and troops.
- Support came from all across the country and also from our members in the Black Eagle Lodge of the Transatlantic Council.
- $37,500 raised through this effort, plus $5,000 from the National OA Committee, and $15,000 from funds donated by members of the Northeast Region Board helped the campaign reach $57,500!
