Conclave Special Arrangements Form– Due May 15th

Section NE6B has asked us to inform you that the special arrangements form for Conclave is to be mailed by May 15th. Such special arrangements include dietary restrictions (no, you are not allergic to everything except steak and lobster), lodging needs such as electricity for a CPAP machine or wheelchair access.
